What is Compound-Connect?
As PTC, NCMS, AMRO and PTC Assist are all located on the same street (ie. Compound Drive) we wanted a way for our clients to quickly jump from portal to portal, so we developed Compound-Connect.
Compound-Connect is our single sign on portal that connects users to the available portals within our corporate ecosystem. These portals may include:
- PTC Online
- NCMS Online
- eTEST Mobile
- eTRAIN
At this time, PTC's Bill Pay and PTC Assist's Screening portals are not accessible via the Compound-Connect system. Users must login separately to these applications.
The Compound-Connect landing page gives users the ability to maneuver from portal to portal.
New User Access
- New Users will receive an email from no-reply@compound-connect.com with a link to create their password.
- Password criteria will be displayed and the User must enter and confirm their password.
- The Change Password button will set the password for their account.
- A success statement will appear, and the User must click Home to return to the login page.

First Time - Log In
- After successfully creating their password, new Users must re-enter their Username & Password at Compound-Connect.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup is required for all accounts.
- Users must follow the setup instructions on how to receive their user authentication code.
- Authentication codes can be obtained by SMS Text, Email or via an Authenticator App (ie. Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator apps)
- Upon establishing your MFA credentials, Users must go through the Login process again to access the Compound-Connect landing page.
Log In
- Go directly to compound-connect.com, or
- Via one of our websites: pipelinetesting.com or nationalcompliance.com
- Select the Login link in the top header of either site.
- Select the Login link in the top header of either site.

- Enter your credentials.
- Enter your MFA Code.
- Contact us if you are no longer able to access your code.
- Choose which portal you want to access.
Forgot Your Password?
- Click Forgot Password on the Login page

How Do I Get Back to the Compound-Connect landing page?
Switching between portals is easy via either the PTC Online or NCMS Online users can quickly go back to the landing page via the Administration tab and selecting Compound-Connect.
